We will be continuing with our morning Coffee and Learn events & this month we will be joined by TrainTheCrowd. TrainTheCrowd develop and deliver user adoption programs and customised training to support people before, during and after implementation of a Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Qualtrics solution.
In this months Coffee and Learn event we will be joined by Chris Pellew from TrainTheCrowd to run a session on the Six S's to remote training success. Tanya will also run us through her highlights from the upcoming Winter '21 release.

With current events pushing the digital transformation of companies to happen at a rapid pace, a need for training staff while remaining in compliance with local social distancing measures is required. In this session, we will discuss six key points to manage remote training in an engaging and effective manner.
Chris has had 10 years call centre experience in sales and service as a Salesforce end-user, with 4+ years in coaching and leadership roles. Chris has shared his experience through the creation and delivery of sales and service training for end-users. Chris is also a Salesforce Certified Admin and Trainer.
