Sep 23, 2021, 1:00 – 5:00 PM
Salesforce User Group, Birmingham, United Kingdom
We are back and we have a new home! This is our first event to take place in venue and we have plenty of space to make sure we are all comfortably seated within the distance recommended by the government at that time! We are also working hard to broadcast this event via a live stream so if you prefer to view it from your sofa you have that option too!
This is an excellent opportunity to network, learn, share best practices and hear from other Salesforce users from all areas of the industry. We are delighted to welcome the following guest speakers.
Colin Morley & Harry Gooding, Hays - “The biggest risk to the Salesforce economy? It’s right in front of you”
A growing business, a growing market, more business than it and its partners can take on. So what challenges do Salesforce and those of us that work in its ecosystem face? What is going to slow down this phenomenal growth?
The biggest risk to the health of the Salesforce economy is the skills shortage. With the need for Salesforce skills growing every month and the implementations queued up, where and how are we going to be able to source the skills needed to support all these new instances?
Hear from Colin Morley and Harry Gooding about some new ideas on how we can, collectively, help support this market’s growth.
Leanne Harkin, system-f, Adoption Tips & Tools
In this session, we will be looking at built-in tools that you can quickly deploy to help your users stay engaged, keep up to speed with changes to the system, and maintain, if not improve your adoption rates! In particular, we will be looking at:
