Nuri is an enthusiastic and energised technologist with more than 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, business and technical design, and process optimisation in enterprise contact centres. As a combination techie, consultant, evangelist and leader, Nuri is always looking for creative ways to solve business problems with technical solutions and effective leadership. At AWS, he is the Senior Specialist Solutions Architect for Amazon Connect in New Zealand, helping enterprise customers transform their customer servicing and digital strategies through the adoption of Amazon Connect and the Cognitive CX services. Nuri has held a variety of roles in many verticals over the years, from consultant to vice president. Before AWS, he was the senior manager of contact centre technology at Expedia. He’s also worked at USAA, T-Mobile, Google, Verizon Business, Presidio and Ttec. Nuri moved from Detroit to Auckland in August 2019.
