Join the session to learn some key coaching tools and techniques that you can apply straight away to your own development as well as to your projects. She will share the difference between coaching and mentoring and how you can apply both in your workplace. Heather is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner and Salesforce professional. She has worked as a coach since 2006 and led a Salesforce Consultancy since 2012. She now empowers other Salesforce professionals by teaching them key consultancy and coaching skills via Supermums.org. Get the chance to learn more about the Supermums Coaching and Mentoring opportunities to upskill and give back.
Learn how to get the most out of Trailhead - with Arjan Kramer	Arjan will talk about the value of Trailhead and share the way he used gamification to boost knowledge around a certain technical aspect. You'll learn how Trailhead helped, and helps him, in prepping for the CTA and keeping up-to-speed with the latest and greatest. Join this interactive session with plenty of room for on the spot deep-dives in various areas. Next to being a CTA, Arjan was recently certified as a Trailhead Guide which is an internal role as an addition to the Trailhead (Marketing) team to help ensure people understand what Trailhead and the Trailblazer community have to offer.
