6:00 PM	Meeting the challenges of omnichannel retail with Salesforce	Emma and Kees, of Emakina.NL, will discuss a number of concrete challenges that retailers face, and how these can be solved using the combination of Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Omni Inventory, OMS and Marketing Cloud.
6:45 PM	New Golden Hoodie NL - Spotlight	Meet Sima and Sergey. Two familiar faces from the Dutch community, both witn an impressive story to share. They both received a Golden Hoodie from Salesforce this year and we'd like to celebrate that with them. Find out what a Golden Hoodie is, what it means to Sima and Sergey and also get to know them a bit better.
7:15 PM	Closing and Social	A few closing notes before the bar will open. Relax, chat and don't be afraid to walk up to anyone you'd like to talk to; they don't bite.
