Basil is a Principal Solution Engineer, NGO at Salesforce. He's worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for more years than he likes to admit (since at least 2004) first as a normal user who became an accidental admin, and eventually helping to build and support products on the Salesforce platform with KnowWho. At .org for the last five and half years, Basil has worked with nonprofits of all sizes, from one woman shops to the nation's largest organizations. He is a proud native Texan and lives in DC with his husband and their dog Bert, both whom he'll gladly tell you about.
