This event will go through my top 10 favorite tips and tricks that I use as a Salesforce Consultant. We will start with an overview of ChatGPT and some lessons for effective prompt writing. Then we will go through 10 Salesforce specific use cases for ChatGPT, which I have personally both used and loved as a way for learning and maximizing efficiency.

Remember to come with laptops, note-taking tools and questions as this is an active presentation where we will follow along and participate together.
