About this event

Three non-profits will showcase how they are currently using Experience Cloud (formerly known as Community Cloud) to best serve their constituents. Everyone will have a chance to ask them and an Experience cloud technical expert questions. Our guests include Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center of Houston, Canadian Children's Hospital's Foundation, the Vancouver Foundation, and Belmar consulting.

Belmar: What's Experience Cloud?	An introduction to Experience Cloud by a technical Experience Cloud expert, Hua Ping.
Vancouver Foundation: Donor Portal	Vancouver Foundation re-launched its existing .NET-hosted Donor Portal to the Salesforce Communities (now “Experience”) platform in February 2020, going live with migrating over 1,000 accounts. It’s the go-to place for our Fund Advisors to check their fund balances, make grant requests, and see what’s new at Vancouver Foundation and in our communities.
Houston Jewish Community Center: Member's Portal	The Evelyn Rubenstein JCC of Houston is a community center serving the Jewish and Greater Community of Southwest Houston. The ERJCC, with an annual operating budget of $20,000,000, is a cornerstone of the Southwest Houston community serving as a source of programming, community services, and of emotional support and recovery supplies during recent significant flooding events in SW Houston, including Hurricane Harvey, where much of their own campus was heavily damaged. Much like other nonprofits, the ERJCC has had to adapt to a new reality with COVID and has leveraged their Salesforce implementation to deliver programs virtually through the Salesforce Digital Experience.
Canada's Children Hospital's Foundations Membership Foundation Portal	Canada's Children's Hospital Foundations (CCHF) raises funds for a national network of hospital foundations as the largest single, non-government funder of child health in Canada. CCHF continues to receive generous support through donors within Children's Miracle Network® as well as contributions from additional companies and donors. Together, we represent 13 of Canada's children's hospitals where the greatest challenges are tackled; our hospitals see the most critical cases. Contributions help local children's hospitals ensure that all sick and injured children have access to the very best care from coast to coast.
