This month we get a double-header of demos and Q&A with one of our favorite apps - Apsona.

Sometimes described as a "Swiss Army Knife in the Cloud", Apsona is a Salesforce Admin's best friend, with the ability to streamline imports, data cleansing, duplicate management, document and email merges, and more.

Stephanie King will present her "Acknowledgement Hub" solution that combines Apsona with standard Salesforce interface tricks to create a 1-stop shop for managing donation acknowledgements.
