Welcome to “Develop an Impact Measurement Strategy”. Today we’ll talk about the first step in using data to drive impact at your nonprofit organization and that is Developing an impact strategy! Ideally, you should have an impact strategy defined before you begin using Salesforce to track your Program Data. But whether you’re just getting started with Salesforce, or are having been using Salesforce for years to monitor and implement your programs, it’s never too late to come up with or refine your impact strategy (and as you’ll see in subsequent slides, tracking impact is an iterative process!)
