Salesforce Flow (formally known as 'Lightning Flow', and maybe once just 'Flow'!) is the key automation tool in Sales and Service clouds, and probably the most rapidly developing and powerful tool in the platform. Many processes that used to require a developer and Apex can now be done in Flow, as well as simple processes that previously would have used Workflow or Process Builder.
This empowers non-profit admins to build innovative solutions without requiring the skills and costs of a developer.
