Measuring and evaluating the impact your programs have on your constituents should be core to your nonprofit's strategy. Melodie Kinet and Andrew Means from Salesforce.org's Impact team will talk about what impact management is, why it's important, and give some guidance on how to think more strategically about impact measurement. You'll also learn about Salesforce.org's own impact management services for nonprofits and how to participate.
