As all admins and CRM decision makers know, maintaining a healthy, effective Salesforce takes a lot of investment. And managing a strategy for CRM success org-wide can be tough, especially when you’re juggling many responsibilities and urgent issues. North Peak will share their framework to help teams do just this-- including creating a strategy and planning actions across your organization.

About this event

As all admins and CRM decision makers know, maintaining a healthy, effective CRM over time takes a lot of investment from all levels of an organization. Building your strategy for how to do this can be hard, especially when you’re juggling many responsibilities and tackling urgent issues.

In this session, North Peak will share a framework that guides you through creating this strategy and planning the actions to support it. There will be plenty of time for group discussion on how the framework might apply for your org and feedback on what people have found to be effective--or not--in their experience. This session will be relevant for executives looking to drive their organization to be better with CRM and for admins who need to advocate for CRM support and investment.
