Salesforce Nonprofit User Group, Richmond, United States
Join us for a presentation by our own community member, Watt Hamlett, as he reflects and presents on how nonprofits can help further their Salesforce journey through the support of consulting partners.
Grateful to share that we will have the opportunity to hear from one of our own community, Watt Hamlett, with a presentation on nonprofits partnering with consultants in the Salesforce space. His presentation will be followed by a Q&A session to connect on individual needs that may align. We encourage folks actively supporting nonprofits with Salesforce use cases to attend, and please extend the invite to others in your organization.
Quick write-up shared by Watt:
Just like nonprofits, Salesforce consulting firms (aka SI partners) come in all shapes and sizes. With so many to choose from, how do you go about finding one that is the right fit for your organization’s needs? In this session, we’ll cover the basics of what a partner can do for you, how to identify qualified partners, how to narrow down your search, what interview questions to ask your prospective consultants, and how to be a savvy reference checker. With the practical guidance provided in this session, participants will leave feeling empowered to make better partner decisions.
