Join the Richmond Nonprofit User Group as we shine a spotlight on the incredible work of the Richmond ToolBank! The RVA ToolBank supports community-based organizations by offering access to tools, equipment, and hands-on expertise to help bring big ideas to life. Their programs include tool lending, DIY and homecare workshops, facility rentals, and meaningful volunteer opportunities.

We’re excited to welcome Jamie Frieling, Development Manager, and Gillian Cohen, Program Specialist, who will share more about their impactful work. Jamie's Salesforce responsibilities are broad and multifaceted. Using the Tool Order Management (TOM) system, she monitors impact metrics and generates regular reports for a range of stakeholders, including subscribers, donors, community partners, and for grant application purposes. In addition to TOM, she leverages the core Salesforce platform to manage donor relationships, track grant progress, and analyze donor lifecycle trends. Meanwhile, Gillian oversees the end-to-end management of Community-Based Organization (CBO) tool orders within the TOM system, handling everything from order processing to inventory control.

🅿️ Free parking is available in front of the building. Drive down Cummings Dr., turn right into the back parking lot of the Michael and Sons building. Feel free to park anywhere in that parking lot. With your back to the interstate, the warehouse is in the left corner of the building underneath the GIANT Michael and Son sign and the small ToolBank sign.
