We are happy to share that our next in-person event will spotlight Tidewater-based nonprofit organization Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF). PAF is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which provides professional case management services to Americans with chronic, life threatening, and debilitating illnesses. We will be joined by user group member Carey Waldrip, Director of Special Projects, Courtney Jones, Senior Director, Case Management, and user group member James Rosensteel, Business Systems Analyst, who will share insights about adapting two Salesforce orgs to handle key use cases for PAF's case management division and for fundraising and engagement efforts.

This event will take place in-person at the headquarters of the Special Olympics Virginia (SOVA), in the conference room. Please RSVP for headcount for refreshments and Salesforce swag, and feel free to invite others in your organization. Free parking is available in the office building’s parking lot.
