You may have heard the phrase “The Future is Flow” and this presentation will introduce you to basic concepts and actions to move your automation into this powerful tool. Starting in the Winter ‘23 release (November 2022) admins will no longer be able to create new workflow rules or processes. But never fear! Flow has become much more user-friendly over the last few years, and learning basic concepts now will help you level up your automation skills as you plan your migration plan. This presentation is for people who are new to flow but have some basic familiarity with workflow rules and process builder.
