April 9, 2025 - Monthly meeting for the Philadelphia Nonprofit User Group (PNUG).
This month Sharon Rosenberg, Salesforce Admin at the University of Pennsylvania, will be sharing how her team built a ticketing system in Salesforce that makes it easier for users to submit help requests. Unlike the previous system, users can monitor the status of their tickets, which reduces frustration and duplicate submissions.
As time allows, we'll also be looking at the newer Transform element for Flow, and DLRS.
