Salesforce Housing Programs Use-case
For the first part of the meeting, we will welcome Megan Lutz, Director of Technology Operations at All Chicago. She will demonstrate how All Chicago is using Salesforce and Experience Cloud for their housing programs.
Part Two:
Salesforce Update: Nonprofit Cloud Announcements
In the second part of the meeting, we will welcome back Brad Struss, CEO at Bigger Boat Consulting. Brad will recap the new Nonprofit Cloud announcements and products. We will then move into an interactive discussion on how he sees these impacting nonprofits. He will also share resources for learning more about this new platform direction.

All Chicago Making Homelessness History launched Salesforce in 2020 to manage the Chicago Rents Landlord Engagement program. The goal was to enlist landlords to make apartments available to the chronically unhoused. Salesforce became the workflow tool to track landlord information, apartment information including inspection process, and to approve rental payments. In the first two years, over 1,500 households were successfully moved into apartments. To continue to innovate and speed the housing process, The Rapid Re-Housing Hive was launched in November of 2022. The Hive is an Experience Cloud portal that allows external agency case managers to see a curated selection of apartments that are available for their clients, select an apartment for the client, and move forward with the leasing process. https://allchicago.org
