Patrick will discuss key features that have led to Salesforce’s growth and walk us through Salesforce’s core architecture (and how to properly leverage it). During the talk he will discuss “gotchas” and best practices, learned from over a decade of implementations across hundreds of organizations.
Few people have such a deep understanding of Salesforce than Patrick Yurgosky. He first implemented Salesforce in 2005 at a NYC-based organization, he was involved in creating key components of the NonProfit Success Pack (NPSP), he has started a firm that has implemented Salesforce at hundreds of Salesforce’s most strategic customers (Salesforce is a customer), and he is deeply involved in Salesforce product development and platform innovation.
In this meeting, Patrick will talk about the primary features that have led to Salesforce’s growth and the database framework that it pioneered. He’ll discuss how Salesforce’s core architecture was revolutionary, and how we can best leverage it to create more data, insight, and efficiency within our organizations.
Patrick will walk us through the core Salesforce framework, how it works, and how to best leverage it. During the discussion, he will talk about implementation best-practices and “gotchas” that he has observed over the course of hundreds of implementations. This talk will be part data analytics, part Salesforce, part strategy, part technical. Patrick is a dynamic speaker who’s command of the system and unique perspectives always make for a lively and enlightening discussion.
