You’re invited to our next CT Nonprofit Salesforce User Group! We’ll be joined by Alyssa Buda, Senior Salesforce Admin at Environmental Defense Fund (EDF). EDF's Climate Corps program recently relaunched their global fellowship application portal. This session will demonstrate how nonprofits can use Salesforce screen flows and Experience Cloud to gather information from external users using out of the box and custom components. There will also be time for discussion and Q&A, so please bring any questions you might have!

Alyssa Buda, Senior Salesforce Administrator at Environmental Defense Fund
Alyssa has worked in the nonprofit space since 2015. As EDF’s Senior Salesforce Administrator, she works with internal stakeholders to use Salesforce to drive organizational efficiency and innovation. She supports a wide range of products including NPSP, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Accounting Subledger. Previously she worked for CREO Syndicate, Council on Foreign Relations, and World Affairs Council of Greater Houston.
