What do you need to do to be successful with a Salesforce project or "digital transformation"? Join a panel discussion sharing some hard learnt lessons and advice on how to get it right. Whether you're planning a massive change, re-platforming to Salesforce, or adding new functionality to your existing platform, come hear how to be successful. Note the change of usual day to Thursday.
We learn from our mistakes, but we can also learn from others!
Join us for a panel discussion with two distinguished speakers who have hundreds of projects under their belts. As they share their battle stories, we'll learn what it takes to be successful with any digital project, big or small. We'll be joined by Jen Cains who led Salesforce.org's Customer Success Team and has now started her own advisory business, Advice for Good.
Also on the panel is KC Fonzi who has spent 20 years in the digital transformation space, working specifically with for purpose organisations. Working with Blackbaud, Salesforce and Traction on Demand amongst others, KC brings a wealth of knowledge on technology and project delivery. KC heads up Do It Better Consulting.
We'll round out the session with our usual Admin Tips and Tricks from Wyan.
Please arrive early if you plan on attending in person: Salesforce security can be challenging!
If you have any questions for the panel, please email nicole.aebi-moyo@salesfix.com.au.
