Heather is the founder and CEO of Supermums, a global Salesforce training and recruitment company. She is mum of two little girls, lives by the sea in East Sussex whilst working remotely. Her background was in business coaching, and in 2010 she became an accidental Salesforce admin for her non-profit and loved it so much she decided to upskill as a Salesforce Consultant in 2012 helping other non-profits to implement a CRM. She realised her career path could work for other mothers so she launched Supermums in 2016 to bring more women into the sector. As a consultant she has overseen over 700 Salesforce projects and now enjoys upskilling talent in Salesforce consultancy and coaching skills.
Throughout the last 6 years, Kyle has played an active role alongside Salesforce to build and grow talent initiatives that aim to bring net-new talent into the eco-system. His work has seen a diverse group of 300+ individuals either start or transition their careers within Salesforce and obtain approximately 600+ certifications. After 8 wonderful years in London Kyle has recently returned back to Australia to launch Revolent – an innovative 2 year programme that ‘cross-trains’ experienced IT professionals into Salesforce and supports them to build relevant work experience.
