Oscar will be sharing how Wildlife Victoria has used Natterbox to improve their response to emergency calls from the public when injured wild animals are found. He'll cover an overview of the work they do along with the types of calls they receive; some of the challenges they faced with their old telephony solution; and the benefits of their new solution using Natterbox and Salesforce.
Then her from Emma Edwards, Senior Solution Engineer, who'll do a demo of Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement as it's of course now known!).
