The December 2022 meeting is our final meeting of the year and will be an in person event at Salesforce Tower, London We will have a full agenda plus there will be a chance to network with others face to face. It doesn't matter how long you have been using Salesforce - come along!

Request: If you are from a consultany/supplier/app please chose the correct ticket option and please do not send more than one representatitve per organisation. Our aim is to keep a good balance of users vs suppliers so we appreciate your co-operation. If in doubt, contact Julia, Tracey or Will.

1:30 PM	Arrivals	Security check - please make sure you bring photo ID with you e.g. Passport, driving licence. Please allow time for this so we can start on time at 2pm. We except c. 50 people who will need to register and be escorted to the room.

2:20 PM	User Stories and why are they useful?	Isabel Wenzl-Arellano from the Customer Success team will talk about user stories, what are they and how they could be of value to you when making developments to your Salesforce set up.

3:40 PM	Enhanced Domains, and Flow Migration/Best Practices	Chris Rolfe will provide an update on what needs to be done in advance of Enhanced Domains being enforced and also migrating to9 flows and best practice to consider
