Welcome and icebreaker	Introductions from the organisers and an overview of what to expect form the session
Integration Best Practice	Jamie Peers from Synatic will provide an overview of what's important to consider with any integration.
Volunteer Management using Initlive	Adrian Curtis from initlive.com will provide a short overview of the app.
Breakout Groups	Chose from the following themes: 1. PMM (Programme Management Module) in NPSP - are you using or considering using it? if so, share your thoughts in this group. 2. Lightning favourites - what do you love about Lightning? Share with other who maybe have not taken the plunge yet or simply want to know more. 3. Best practise/top tips on integration with Fundraising Platforms (e.g. Just Giving, Facebook, etc.) 4. MFA - Multi Factor Authentication - are you ready or want to talk more? 5. Reporting - challenges faced, what reports do you find useful?
Community Sprint Update	Mark Jones and Emma Keeling will provide an update on the latest sprint and what's new and exciting from it.
Close	Any questions and close of meeting - will be finished by 3:30 at the latest!
