Heather empowers people, non-profits, and businesses with Salesforce CRM Technology and Talent. She is an experienced motivational speaker, certified NLP coach, trainer, and 8x certified salesforce consultant.
Heather is a serial entrepreneur and leads an award-winning Salesforce Consultancy, Training & Recruitment Agency.
As a female entrepreneur and mother, she is a champion for equality and tech for good. She launched Supermums to bring more women into tech and has supported 270+ trainees across 9 countries, engaged 170 volunteers, and provided £390k+ probono hrs to charities.
She is listed as 1 of the 100 most influential women in tech & has won or been a finalist for a series of awards. In 2019 she was awarded a coveted Golden Hoodie as a Salesforce Trailblazer.

Katie has a history of managing and training within the Salesforce ecosystem, for non profits, corporates, professional services and start-ups, from planning, system implementation and ongoing training, development and delivery for users and businesses. She provides training strategies and coaching for Salesforce users, including cultural change and development through face to face session, online and content packs.
