Get to know the Next Gen, Reimagined Nonprofit Cloud!
In March 2023, Salesforce introduced the new Nonprofit Cloud, a native/core org with elements of the Nonprofit Cloud built right in.
What does this mean for your org (Salesforce and otherwise)? Is this an update that will hit your org? Will you be migrated to the native org? Do you HAVE to migrate? Can you keep using NPSP, Program Management Module, Case Management Module and all the other kooky things you put on it? Do you need to be worried/concerned? Did we really land on the moon?
You may have a lot of questions or none at all and I (Dhruv) don't really have the answers for you (just opinions, per usual) but fortunately we're going to be joined by Kristen Havemeier, Sr. Partner Success Manager @ Salesforce Cloud Solution Alliances (Nonprofit & Education) who will present on the subject and face your interrogation.
So come hungry (for food, knowledge and answers) and don't miss this one!
Our very own Denver Greene will be hosting us at The Ion in Midtown Houston!
Location: 3rd Floor Conference Room, straight out from the elevators and towards the end on the left.
Parking
... is usually in the small lot right to the north of The Ion, but those spots tend to fill fast (most are reserved for Retain parking, for the restaurants/pub inside the Ion).
Overflow parking tends to be right across the street in the "contractor" parking lot. The gate is usually open during business hours.
On certain days when there's a LOT happening at the Ion, overflow-overflow parking is in the parking lot of GreenTown Labs on San Jacinto Street.
(The Ion is also about to open their new parking garage at an undetermined date in May, so these instructions might be totally useless by the time the meeting comes around)
