The new Lightning Email Template Builder was introduced in 2021, and truly elevates the experience of building email templates in Salesforce. Albeit with some limitations (and workarounds), it's a great step in matching up to its competitors! With a drag-and-drop interface, great formatting capabilities, you can design like a pro!
