We all get stumped from time to time as we travel along our Salesforce journey. Whether it be with planning the way forward for your organisation, implementing new processes or building/updating new/existing processes. For this meetup, bring your 'problem' and share and discuss in small groups and, hopefully, leave with a solution (or string you can begin to pull to move in the right direction).
We'll be sending around a survey to hear what topic you could use a bit of insight in! We'll kick off with a demo to start getting those mental juices flowing and then break out into small groups based on the 'problems/topics' you'll highlight in our survey.
We all get stumped from time to time as we travel along our Salesforce journey, whether it be with planning the way forward for your organisation, implementing new processes or building/updating new or existing processes. With this in mind, we thought it might be useful to get together in a room and discuss our head-scratching issues in small groups. You may just be beginning your journey and looking for help with things like reporting/dashboard tips and tricks, growing on your journey as you look at incentives or ways to encourage customer adoption or you're developing a flow that could use a second pair of eyes.
Sometimes a solution is right in front of us and we just require a sounding board to help shape it up. Other times we don't know what we don't know and need to learn from others. That's what this session is all about. Getting together with your fellow community group users, maybe gaining inspiration as they talk about their issues, gaining knowledge as you work through other user's solutions or finding the missing piece of the puzzle on something you've been struggling with.
We'll then break away for a wee social beverage and chance to connect outside of the venue for anyone who would like to join.
