About this event

Duplicates are bad for your database and can be a huge headache but Salesforce has tools to help you manage them. Join us for a discussion around matching rules and duplicate rules in Salesforce led by Rusty. Afterwards, if there is time, we can discuss other topics. If you are not familiar at all with these tools, it might be a good idea to run through duplicate management in Trailhead for a bit more context. https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/sales_admin_duplicate_management

This meeting will be IN PERSON in the conference room at American Prairie's office at 7 E Beall. Lunch will be provided! (So please RSVP so we get a good count). Contact Rachel (rachel@americanprairie.org) if you have questions about meeting in person. If you are not comfortable meeting in person let Rachel know. And, of course, please take precautions to care for your fellow user group members. We are excited to meet together!
