Join us on for Thursday, September 30th from 9-11 our first post-summer BNUG meeting! This month, we will focus on Salesforce roles at nonprofits: where does the role sit in the organization, what non-Salesforce responsibilities do admins hold, when does it make sense to bring in managed services/consultant support, and more. This topic was very popular at one of our Admin Therapy meetings last spring, so we are bringing it back for our full meeting! The topic has also come up multiple times on the BNUG Trailblazer Group: see the great questions from two of our speakers, Ryan and Ilene. 

This is a very relevant topic for admins, users, managers, and senior staff alike. 

We will also feature a run-down of Winter '22 release highlights.

We are looking for presenters! Email Dave and Jodi at boston-ma-nonprofit@trailblazercgl.com if you're interested in presenting. First-time presenters highly encouraged! Presentations can be anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.

Suggested presentation topics include:

• How Salesforce support is structured within your organization
• Decisions you are making/facing regarding technology at your organization
• How you decide when to bring in external support (managed services or consultant)
• Anything else you want to share!

In addition to presentations, we will also have time for small-group discussion.

Please note that our meeting is currently scheduled for 2 hours. Depending on presentations, we may end up shortening it.
