The Boston Women in Tech group and our friends at the Boston Admin Group, Boston Nonprofit User Group, Boston Developer Group, Northeast Higher Ed group, Boston Salesforce Saturday and Amplify Boston are excited to come together to share back the results of the 2021 Boston Area Salary Survey!

In this meeting, we'll present back the survey results, then break out into small groups discussing how we can use this information to pursue our aspirations in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This was our second year doing an anonymous salary survey; a big thank you to you all for your turnout the past two years with this survey! Your responses help us benchmark salary and compensation in the greater Boston Salesforce community, and to strengthen and support one another in wage transparency and negotiation positions.
