Outcomes Management vs. Program Management

NonProfit Cloud recently introduced some data structures for tracking Outcomes Management. NPSP never offered these objects. We'll cover what this is all about, and how outcome measurement differs from activity or engagement measurement (AKA Program Management).
Since none of us are likely using NPC, we'll also cover how Terry's been tracking outcomes for years with a custom object and how you might get started to equip your team members to capture outcome data points. Then we'll cover how he has created additional analysis tools to track outcome reporting over time for bulk reporting (i.e., the whole organization has helped x people change their lives this month, or we served x people who have housing this month) as well as outcome reporting over time for specific engagements (i.e., this person has improved their scores on several outcome measurements by how much)

You'll come away with the ability to create user stories for your own org as to how to step up your NP game from tracking activities to outcomes, when the time is right.

Then we'll have some good ole office hour time with Terry and the latest NPC/NPSP thinking. Terry is a goldmine of how to run a proper nonprofit; ask him your questions!
