Salesforce is making some MASSIVE improvements to its platform specifically for nonprofits with Nonprofit Cloud. Come learn from someone deeply versed in nonprofits and Salesforce (my boss Dan). He will guide us through understanding:

• Much better fundraising structures
• New person account structure
• Program management (client care management)
• Marketing improvements - campaigns/appeals/segmentation
• Batch gift entry
• New donor stats and summaries
• Quicker and more powerful data engine (for the geeks)
