Following on from our last user group meeting on Nonprofit Cloud, we will be going on a deeper dive into what it actually looks like. This session will have a Fundraising Operations focus but will be more of an overall view, before we deep dive into specific modules in subsequent meetings.

From this point of view, we will look at the ability to see new donations coming in and having data centralised in one place to give a 360 degree view of a donor and their interactions.

We will drill down into individual donations, gift designations, campaign source and payment data and demonstrate the extensive data model around one-off, regular gift, gift refunds and soft credits.

We will also demo an overview of campaign management & performance, segmentation of campaign members and tracking the associated donations.
