We're joined by Kylie Yancey and Chris Cornett from Salesforce as they cover the Pardot Extensibility feature, External Activity, available in the Winter '22 release External Activity leverages activity data that is captured outside of Pardot in third party services (such as Zoom, Survey Monkey, Vidyard, etc) in Pardot Engagement Studio triggers or as criteria in segmentation rules, dynamic lists and automation rules. This functionality will be set up in Salesforce and passed to Pardot via the new external activity V5 endpoints.
Kylie Yancy is a Director of Product Management at Salesforce and Chris Cornett is a Sr. Product Manager at Salesforce. Both have a focus on Pardot.
They will be doing a demo of the functionality and answering questions from attendees.
