Marketing teams will often create campaigns around specific products or product categories. It can be difficult to quantify how interested a prospect is in one product category over another. Scoring categories enables sales and marketing teams to make judgements based on the score a prospect has related to a specific category. Those scoring categories can be used in both Account Engagement and Salesforce for reporting and additional segmentation. In this session I will walk through the steps required to build scoring categories and use them in both Account Engagement and Salesforce.
