In this session I will walk through the steps required to build scoring categories and use them in both Account Engagement and Salesforce.
Marketing teams will often create campaigns around specific products or product categories. It can be difficult to quantify how interested a prospect is in one product category over another.
Scoring categories enables sales and marketing teams to make judgements based on the score a prospect has related to a specific category. Those scoring categories can be used in both Account Engagement and Salesforce for reporting and additional segmentation.
