Email is still king and deliverability is more important than ever, especially with new sender requirements introduced by Google and Yahoo this year. With those changes, SPAM complaint rates now factor into the likelihood your email ends up in someone’s inbox. Sending a responsive email is one of many ways to reduce your risk of being marked as SPAM, in addition to providing a better user experience across devices.
In this demo, we will build a responsive email template that can be used throughout Salesforce products. Attendees will be guided through the step-by-step process of building an email template using MJML, a free tool providing an easy-to-use email compiler. Then we will demonstrate exactly how to implement it across Salesforce products.
By the end of the session marketers and admins will walk away armed with the skills to build a branded, responsive email template in under 30 minutes within their own orgs.
This session is for anyone with a basic understanding of HTML.
