The Marketing Cloud Connector is a powerful way to connect your CRM to Marketing Cloud and enable real-time journeys and data-driven personalization, but there's a common issue that many customers aren't aware of that could impact your subscribers. In some use cases, Marketing Cloud will not update the subscriber's email address when the address is changed in the Salesforce CRM.
Fixing this is a necessary and fortunately straightforward process, and Kristina Humphrey from Digital Mass will present her findings on what aspects of Marketing Cloud are affected by this issue, why it happens, and will share a fix on how to update subscriber email addresses when they're updated in the CRM.
