About Interaction Studio
Interaction Studio is Salesforce's newest platform that manages real-time personalization across multiple channels. The product is capable of understanding user intent, the business context of the page they are visiting and actions they're taking, and within less than 30 milliseconds can create 1:1 personalized experiences on web, mobile, and more.
One of the most exciting benefits of the platform is its seemingly limitless capabilities for customization and extreme granularity in its ability to catalog your business' context and user behavior.
We've chosen this as our first topic for this year because as the new kid in town, obviously a lot of people are interested in what the platform can do and how to approach a first phase implementation, and want a hands-on look at what the software can do.

Review Survey Responses
Thanks to everyone that completed the User Group survey! We'll share responses and discuss how this impacts our plan for future user group sessions.
Once the basics are out of the way, let's do something to get our minds working! You might even win a prize.
