We're back! After a bit of a hiatus, the Twin Cities Salesforce Marketer Group is kicking off our first session of the year with a deep dive into Interaction Studio, one of Salesforce's new additions to Marketing Cloud.
Interaction Studio is Salesforce's newest platform that manages real-time personalization across multiple channels. The product is capable of understanding user intent, the business context of the page they are visiting and actions they're taking, and within less than 30 milliseconds can create 1:1 personalized experiences on web, mobile, and more.
One of the most exciting benefits of the platform is its seemingly limitless capabilities for customization and extreme granularity in its ability to catalog your business' context and user behavior.
We've chosen this as our first topic for this year because as the new kid in town, obviously a lot of people are interested in what the platform can do and how to approach a first phase implementation, and want a hands-on look at what the software can do.
