Kim Gandhi has been part of the Salesforce ecosystem for over 7 years. She is a Trailhead Ranger with over 650 badges along with 4 Salesforce Certifications. She continues to expand her expertise and knowledge of the platform to help drive customer engagement and success and consults regularily with some of the largest customers of Salesforce in the world.. She enjoys mentoring and bringing in interns to learn and expand their knowledge plus works on a variety of philanthropy projects. A mother of 3, she enjoys travel and watersports with her family along with finding those quiet moments to just enjoy a great book or having a wonderful meal with her husband of 20 years!
Justin is based in the Chicago area and leads a global digital adoption team at Univar Solutions, a wholesale B2B distribution company for chemicals and ingredients. His team is responsible for driving awareness, building advocacy, and providing support of new customer-facing, digital tools that his company is rolling out to 13 countries over the next 9 months.Prior to his role, Justin has accrued 15+ years of business experience in the B2B distribution space, working across sales, sales operations, inventory management, eCommerce and marketing automation. Justin has an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.

Kathleen Lueckeman is the chief strategy officer at Olivet Nazarene University. She oversees the university’s Salesforce implementation as well as the marketing, admissions, and advising departments for ONU Global. Prior to that, Kathy served as the chief innovation officer for Maryville University, where she open sourced an application solution. From 2004-14, Kathy was at Wayne State University. During this time, she founded the first Higher Ed Summit and the Higher Education Advisory Council.
