An Introductory session on Interaction Studio: a 1-to-1 engagement management tool which is available in Marketing Cloud Ecosystem. Ekaterina Obolenskaya will unveil the answers for the questions about what the platform is, what it has, why to use it. According to the latest Salesforce acquisition, Interaction Studio will now have new features and we will together make a comparison with the previous ones.
