Melissa has a BS in Management of Technology and is currently pursuing an MBA. She holds Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications. Fifteen years of experience as a nonprofit executive and ten years leveraging Salesforce reflect Melissa’s passion. With HandsOn Connect, the Salesforce native volunteer engagement app, her goal is to automate what can be automated so that nonprofits have more time to do what can’t be automated. She is an active volunteer with PepUp Tech and Amplify. Her hobbies include Einstein, Lightning, and traveling with her husband and daughter. Appy is Melissa’s spirit animal. #domoregood
Marisa has been trailblazing with the Salesforce platform since 2009, building cool apps (like Bid Track Sell). A technology aficionado who enjoys various geekery and an agilista approach to software and solutions project management.
Andrea Tarrell is a 12X certified Salesforce MVP and the founder of Sercante, a marketing automation advisory firm. Her team specializes in Pardot implementations/managed services, complex process integration with Salesforce, and custom development leveraging the Pardot API. Andrea caught the Salesforce bug at Dreamforce 2011 and hasn’t looked back since. When she’s not working, she’s most likely playing with her German Shepherd Murphy, starting a new hobby that she will engage in exactly one time, or making homemade gin.
Gemma is a Salesforce architect, who has been working with the platform since 2008. She’s a single mum to seven-year-old Mollie and has beaten breast cancer twice, having been diagnosed at 29. Despite this, she founded Ladies Be Architects and works hard with her global team to provide support and celebration to anyone looking to further their careers to become architects themselves. This brought her several accolades, including the Golden Hoodie, being featured in her Trailblazer video, achieving MVP status and being listed in the TechWomen100 and BIMA100’s top 100 digital professionals in the UK. Gemma has sixteen Salesforce certifications and attempted (and failed) the mother of all exams, the Certified Technical Architect review board, in 2019. She doesn’t plan to let that stop her though!
