Natalie Jackson is the Director of Demand Generation at CBIZ and co-host of the podcast Humans of Email. She has 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, email strategy, and digital. Natalie has spoken at Dreamforce, MarketingProfs, Really Good Emails, Digital Summit, and Community Summit, as well as for dozens of email webinars and local marketing events.
Matt Thompson was hired by Commerce Bank in 2016 to act as the sole administrator and user of Pardot. His initial role was to support commercial marketing and sales email marketing initiatives for the CommercePayments line of business. Over the last 7 years, Matt has built Commerce Bank’s commercial marketing automation strategy from the ground up. This includes building a team that successfully expanded the use of Pardot beyond its original scope and implemented solutions across various parts of the bank including a lengthy Pardot and Salesforce CRM reimplementation. Matt spent five years on the marketing team at Commerce, but has recently shifted to their internal Salesforce Center of Excellence team to continue to drive marketing automation initiatives with his team.
