1. Service Analytics - Simran Thakur shall be taking you through the basics of Service Analytics and how you can set it up using an Analytics Developer Account. Explore how one can use the pre-built template in Tableau CRM to view Service Cloud data and use it to drive the success of their service business
2. Web Chats for Service Cloud - Khyati Mehta shall be providing us with insights on how to set up Web Chats in Service Cloud. Web Chats is one of the channels that Support / Service agents can use for real-time conversational messaging.
Khyati Mehta is working as a Salesforce Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions. She is the group leader of Salesforce Women In Tech Group,Kolkata and is also a proud Salesforce Marketing Champion. She is a very active speaker in the community and is also a Trailhead Mentor. She hosts a podcast in India named Salesforce Offbeats with Khyati and also has her own blog named All About of Salesforce. She has led multiple initiatives in India for which she has also been recognised and featured in Salesforce Blog. Khyati is also very much active in the Answers Community.
