About this event

Join us as we hear from Bill Fetter about Campaign Attribution!

Campaign Attribution: What is it? How do you get it? What do you do with it?

Marketers want to know if their marketing programs are working or not, but what may seem like a simple matter of counting prospects often breaks down when the complex reality of the real world enters the picture. How do you measure inbound traffic in a way that ensures a sale is matched against a campaign. How do leads and contacts complicate the picture?  How should I structure campaigns for the best effect?  And how do I do all this when everything about the Salesforce platform seems to be changing every day?  This presentation can't provide every answer, but it will give you actionable advice, tips and tricks, and pitfalls to avoid learned from countless hours of experimentation, mistakes and small victories.

Bill Fetter of UnFettered Marketing LLC is a Marketing Champion with over 25 years of digital marketing experience, and more than 14 on the Salesforce platform. He has been a freelance consultant for 6 years, after working for a global manufacturing technology firm for 2 decades. His focus has largely been on pushing the limits of Account Engagement and Sales Cloud, although necessity often dictates tinkering under the hood of many other tools including Wordpress, Zapier, Gravity Forms, Craft CMS, Jotform, Calendly, Storeconnect and others.  You'll also find him hanging around the Trailblazer community answering user questions with far more detail than necessary.
