Join us for a Salesforce Hack-A-Thon at Hult International Business school. We'll be offering three different tracks for students and community members to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce.

Agenda / Show Flow

  • 3:30 – 4:30 PM – Presenters arrive and set up

  • 5:00 – 5:15 PM – Welcome & “Why You Are Here” keynote by Guilda

  • 5:15 – 7:30 PM – Breakout into three hands-on sessions (topics to be confirmed)

  • 7:30 – 8:00 PM – Experts panel led by Guilda (panel includes the three session leaders and additional experts)

  • 8:00 – 10:00 PM – Networking at the downstairs bar

    Session #1: Marketing Automation in Salesforce
    Description: Hands-on building in the Marketing Cloud platform where functional and developer focused students can create journeys, automations, landing pages E2E

    Session Breakdown:
    - Sign up on Trailhead for future learning
    - Build a basic Cloud Page form page to gather email addresses of Hult Students
    - Create an email from scratch welcoming the Hult Students - Onboarding example
    - Create a Marketing Automation Journey to send to email sign ups from the form - Cloud Page entry event
    Approach: Students attending will be able to volunteer and build out the solution right in the Marketing Cloud platform. Up to three students may volunteer

    Session #2: AI Agent Building with Agentforce
    Description: A hands-on workshop focused on building AI agents using Agentforce, Salesforce’s native agent framework.
    Instructor/Expert: Tim Miles, Technical Architect at Salesforce, with deep expertise in Agentforce and a passion for practical, hands-on enablement.

    What They’ll Do: You’ll build directly alongside Tim in your own Agentforce-enabled Salesforce org. This session delivers the kind of practical, real-world training typically reserved for premium sessions at major Salesforce events like Dreamforce.

    Session #3: Custom Coding in Salesforce
    Description: Hands-On coding session for those future developers to explore low code to full code options in Salesforce (Dev focused, but functional invited)

    Approach: All students will be able to go through a Hands-on custom coding exercise to get experience coding in Salesforce
