With so much hype around AI companies naturally want to embrace AI quickly and are anxious that if they don't speed up their adoption their competitors will steal an advantage over them. However, having an unstructured un-coordinated approach to implementing and adopting AI can do more harm than good. This will be a panel discussion with an aim to form a blueprint for companies to follow.
The discussion will focus on establishing a business vision, effectively collating use cases, how to implement training and importantly what is an AI Board and why it is crucial for successful deliveries of AI projects.
