With so much hype around AI companies naturally want to embrace AI quickly and are anxious that if they don't speed up their adoption their competitors will steal an advantage over them. However, having an unstructured un-coordinated approach to implementing and adopting AI can do more harm than good. This will be a panel discussion with an aim to form a blueprint for companies to follow.
The discussion will focus on data which is the fuel of AI, establishing an AI council to help strategize, establish governance for better coordination, implementation and adoption, as well covering other aspects such as AI ethics, security, data provenance etc. The discussion is open to cover other measures to help form the blueprint.
